1. Products & Orders

We sell limited-run products, including apparel, glassware, and other Fixed 21 drops. Availability is limited. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order.

2. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Payment is processed securely through third-party providers (such as Stripe). You agree to provide accurate payment and shipping information.

3. Shipping

Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days after purchase. Shipping times and costs vary by destination. Risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier takes possession of the package.

4. Returns & Refunds

Limited-run items may be returned only for defect or shipping damage. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

5. Bitcoin.ℏ Treasury

11% of total sales is allocated to acquire and hold Bitcoin.ℏ (BTC.ℏ). This is a voluntary brand commitment. It does not constitute an investment offering, security, or financial product. FIXED 21 is not affiliated with Bitcoin HT, LLC or the official Bitcoin.ℏ project. Cryptocurrency involves risk and values can fluctuate.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, branding, text, and content on this site are owned by FIXED 21. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FIXED 21 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product in question.
